The best beef meats prepared and salted from local “norcini” in our Postalesio plant in Valtellina. 

Bresaola della Valtellina PGI 

This Bresaola is the top of the range, produced with the best ingredients, following the typical recipe of Valtellina. Only the best hip cuts are used, rubbed with little salt and a careful dose of spices. Finally the special seasoning, long and extended, gives an excellent product with an intense fragrance and a full taste.

Bresaola Cuor d’Alpe

The traditional Valtellina recipe is used for production of this Bresaola, starting from a selection of premium cuts of beef. The cuts are flavoured, put in gut and follow a natural drying process and standard seasoning. They are intense red in colour with slight marbling; balanced fragrance and a delicate and fresh taste.

Carpaccio di Bresaola

Carpaccio di Bresasola is a specialty of Italian gastronomy. Ibis produced it only with prime quality and extra lean beef rumps, which are then cut and trimmed. Beef is then seasoned with natural flavourings and a light salting. The result is a very tasty, yet extra-light product with unique nutritional and organoleptic properties.
